The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near the King's Theatre was a definite bonus. I found the room to be excellent value. Breakfast was a very good buffet with lots of choice (especially the pastries!).
The room was a bit stuffy, and there was no air conditioning.

convenient location friendly staff clean room great facilities
the hotel is very close to sauchiehall street (it's only a short walk). dropping off bags before check-in was easy, as the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was super clean and cozy for a one-night stay. i found the room facilities great.
i noticed the roadworks right outside could be noisy. it's a very slight inconvenience.

sewage smell unfilled shower gel
the room had what we needed. it was clean, and breakfast was amazing with a great selection.
the staff member checking us in could use some training on how to welcome guests friendly. the room was fine but the bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell. the shower gel hadn't been filled, and no bottle of water was in the room.
